FAQ'S

  • I RECEIVED A PACKAGE, BUT IT WAS NOT MY ORDER.
    We apologize for the mix up with your order. Please email our Customer Care team at support@viyvabeauty.com. Include your order number and pictures of the following: the stamped initial/number on the outside of your envelope or box, the order packing slip with with the stamped initial visible, and a picture of the products you did receive. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We’ll get you order sent out as soon as possible!
  • DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
    Currently, we can only ship to customers in the United States.
  • I AM MISSING ITEM(S) IN MY ORDER.
    Please email our Customer Care Team by emailing us at support@viyvabeauty.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a list of the missing items. Please make sure to include a photo of the items you did receive and a picture of your packing slip. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • I RECEIVED BROKEN ITEM(S) IN MY ORDER.
    Your package must have had an extra bumpy ride! Please email our Customer Care Team at support@viyvabeauty.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the names of the broken items, and a photo of the damaged items. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IF I PURCHASE A "PRE-ORDER" ITEM?"
    Pre-Order is the ability to reserve a product prior to its official launch date. When you purchase a Pre-Order item, we will provide an estimated ship date for that item on your order confirmation email. Pre-Order items may ship separately from other items in your order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when the shipment occurs.
  • WHY IS MY ORDER UNFULFILLED?
    Unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!
  • HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I BUY IN ONE PURCHASE?
    Orders are limited to three (3) units of each product per person.
  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?
    No, once you place an order it is final.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    Orders typically process within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 1-5 days. Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping. During sales, shipping may take longer.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
  • MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT."
    Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime.
  • HOW ARE SHIPPING RATES CALCULATED?
    Shipping within the United States will vary from $4.95 to $11.95 USD, based on package weight and distance. Domestic orders over $45.00 USD are eligible for free shipping!
  • CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?
    Yes! We do deliver to PO boxes.
  • MY ORDER SHIPPED, WHEN WILL IT GET TO MY HOUSE?"
    All of our packages are sent via the US Postal Service, so delivery times vary. For orders to residents within the USA, orders typically arrive in 2-8 business days once they have shipped (business days do not include weekends or holidays).
  • WHAT METHOD IS USED FOR SHIPPING?
    All packages are shipped via USPS.
  • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confrimation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@viyvabeauty.com with your inquiry.
  • HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
    We accept all major debit/credit cards, as well as PayPal.
  • WHY ISN'T MY PROMO CODE WORKING?
    We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping. They typically cannot be used during promotions as well, so double check the fine print when a promotion is live to be sure.
  • CAN I COMBINE COUPON CODES ON MY ORDER?
    Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order.
  • HOW DO I USE PAYPAL TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?
    Once you are prompted to enter your payment information during checkout, please select the PayPal option. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your order at this time.
  • IT LOOKS LIKE YOU CHARGED ME TWICE FOR MY ORDER.
    If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.
  • WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD NOT GOING THROUGH?
    There are a number of reasons your credit card may have not been authorized when attempting to make a purchase on our website, including: You’re trying to use an international credit card that we don’t accept. At this time, we are only able to accept credit cards issued in the following countries: U.S. You entered an address that is NOT associated with the billing address of the credit card you’re trying to use. It’s possible you may have misspelled your billing address or put your billing address on the incorrect line. Please check your information to make sure it is accurate. You entered your credit card information (credit card number, expiration date and/or CVV number) incorrectly. Please double check the information entered to make sure it is accurate.
  • WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR A PRE-ORDER PURCHASE?
    VIYVA BEAUTY does not charge your credit or debit card until your item(s) has shipped. However, prior to shipment, your debit or credit card statement may show an “authorization hold,” which may look similar to a deduction from your account. These funds have not been deducted but are instead being reserved within your account to ensure that your order can be processed. The authorization hold will typically last from three to seven days, depending on the policy of your bank or card issuer.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. VIYVA BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
  • CAN I GET A REFUND IF THE PRICE HAS CHANGED?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding.
  • CAN I RETURN MY GIFT FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM?
    We’re so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your products. Unfortunately, we have a no return, refund, or exchange policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • DO YOU HAVE A PHONE NUMBER I CAN CONTACT?
    We currently don’t have a phone number for customer service inquiries, but we recommend taking a look around our FAQ's to find answers to your questions/concerns.   • DELAYED ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAILS
    Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after an order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, however, don’t fret! Your confirmation email may experience a delay if your order was placed during a period of high order volume, such as an exciting new launch or promotion. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours after your order is placed, please email our Customer Care Team at support@viyvabeauty.com so that we may assist you further.
  • HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOU EMAILS/NEWSLETTERS?
    You can unsubscribe from our emails by scrolling down into a previous email we've sent you and select unsubscribe. This will remove you from our emailing list! If you change your mind later, you can still subscribe to our newsletters by signing up on our website.
  • WHEN IS YOUR NEXT PROMOTION?

  • WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
    Out of stock items are not available for ordering at this time unless indicated as a presale item, which you can order in advance. Unfortunately, we do not know when more items will become available if they're backordered. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • CAN I GET SAMPLES FOR MY BLOG?
