Shipping Policy

All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow three to five (3-5) business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non - business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. 

 

Please allow three to five (3-5) business days for processing and 1 - 5 business days for delivery (based on distance).

 

Free Standard Shipping is available to U.S. customers on orders totaling $45.00 or more prior to taxes and fees.

 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

 

VIYVA BEAUTY shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. VIYVA BEAUTY is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. VIYVA BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

 

Damaged Items

 

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at support@viyvabeauty.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for faster service.
